Oversight the prototyping solution based on the design thinking workshops
The workshop started at 9:00 hr at the OTOP Centre in the village. There were 30 participants. The objectives of the workshop were to develop design thinking skills for the participants, so that they can adapt it innovatively for community development purposes, particularly on sericulture farming, to be prepared for climate change impacts.
The 30 participants, comprising community leaders and youth representatives, were divided into 4 groups for brain storming activities to ideate the future they see together for Phyaram community.

Recommendation for future activities
1) Produce a prototype of each solution and test it to understand its applicability.
2) Scale up this design thinking scheme to other communities to ensure effectiveness to boost the industry.
3) Seek co-financing options to implement 1) and 2) to ensure continuity of the program.
