Objectives
1. To introduce digital marketing techniques for silk mulberry farmers and local officers

Target participants: 40 male and 50 female Phearam mulberry farmers and local officers




 1st  Digital marketing for organic silk product and its by-products - Lazada

The online marketing expert introduced to the participant a digital market concept raising an example of a number popular platforms in Thailand.

Things you need to know:

1. What kind of stores does Lazada have?
In Lazada, stores are divided into three types, and each type of store has different fees.

1.     Stores within Lazmall: for business owners Brand owner or be a distributor in Thailand
2.     Domestic stores: divided into legal entities and natural persons
3.     Stores from abroad: For stores from overseas that have already registered their business.

 
2. Preparing documents for natural persons

Individuals who want to apply to sell products with Lazada must prepare documents to confirm your identity. The documents include: Copy of ID card and a copy of the bank account book.

3. Steps to apply to sell with Lazada
Before selling products with Lazada, you must know the application process. Actually, applying to sell products with Lazada is only a phone number away.

 4. Fill in complete information and address in the application
When you have completed an application to open a shop in Lazada, the system will prompt you to fill in information. You must complete all three important pieces of information, including the store's address, warehouse address, and address for returning the product.

5. Setting to be the same address
For individuals who deliver packages themselves, you can click to set all to the same address. After that, the system will post the products and verify your identity. Once the information is completely filled in, you will find a Dashboard page summarizing important details for selling products.

6. Changes in fees
Lazada Fee are subject to change from time to time. If you don't understand or have questions, you can inquire about the fee rates with Lazada directly.

7. Enter product sales details
If you want to post a product or add a product, go to the Add Product menu to add a product image. A total of 8 images and 1 video clip can be included. It is recommended to enter the product name with no more than 250 characters. Product details are recommended with no more than 500 characters. Select the product category that matches the product you want to sell, and fill in complete details about the product such as color, box size, package size, warranty, etc.

8. Make products eye-catching
It is necessary to make the product stand out to catch the buyer's eye. To attract customers to buy products at our store, it is important that the product images are clear.

9. Requesting product reviews
Requesting product reviews is considered very important. Lazada has a product review system from customers who have already purchased it. If your product is of good quality, the reviews will also be good, attracting more customers to buy the products as well.

10. Lazada Learning Center
Lazada has a learning center for online sellers to gain knowledge and understanding on how to sell products and manage the back-end system There is also news updates every month.


Although the concept is very new to the villagers, some have shown interest and were willing to try it to have hands on experience in the next workshop.
